　　 Responsibilities

　　Hardware Support: Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and other hardware components. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts and repairs. Data Center Management: Monitor and manage data center facilities, including power and cooling systems. Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance procedures. Networking Support: Assist in the installation and maintenance of networking equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Collaborate with network administrators to resolve connectivity issues. Cable Management: Ensure proper cable management within data centers and network infrastructure. Assist in the installation and organization of cabling for servers and networking equipment. Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals to support overall infrastructure needs. Participate in cross-functional teams to implement IT projects. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all hardware installations, configurations, and changes. Create and update standard operating procedures for hands and feet support tasks. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on infrastructure support. Proven experience in installing and maintaining servers, storage, and networking equipment. Knowledge of data center operations and best practices. Familiarity with cable management and structured cabling standards. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed. Key Skills: Hands-on experience with hardware installation and maintenance. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration within a team. Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
