　　Summary

　　Directly supervises and leads the facility and associates in activities to meet daily production needs in a safe and efficient manner. Maintains high quality standards through leadership while staying within company guidelines and adhering to all local, state and federal laws.

　　Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

　　Responsible for the day-to-day decision making for the facility within established guidelines to ensure adequate staffing and all necessary essentials are available to meet the production needs.

　　Responsible for analyzing and meeting the production needs of the facility.

　　Maintains chemicals and supply inventories according to established goals.

　　Ensures that all daily production requests are received and produced for customers on a daily basis.

　　Identifies needed mechanical repairs, scheduling repairs, delegating repairs and performing preventative maintenance work.

　　Responsible for setting and maintiang high quality standards set forth by Best Management Practices.

　　Minimum Education

　　High school or equivalent

　　Experience Requirements

　　0 - 3 years related experience. Reading, writing and analytical skills required.

　　Experience Preferred

　　Supervisory and mechanical experience preferred.

　　Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

　　Exposed to outside weather conditions and a significant amount of air borne dust and other residual chemicals. Ability to move through facility. Must be able to stoop, bend and climb; able to lift 100 lbs. Must wear company required personal protective equipment.
