Job Description

　　Our client is seeking a Federal Proposal Manager to join their team. This role is based out of McLean, VA and offers a flexible hybrid schedule. This person will be processed for a Security clearance - please see below for more information.

　　· Prepare and manage proposals from initial request to final proposal response

　　· Review and analyze solicitation materials and ensure proposal compliance and responsiveness to client requirements and issues

　　· Develop proposal artifacts including proposal plan, compliance matrices, outlines, storyboards, schedules, data calls, page allocation, themes, discriminators, etc.

　　· Work with the capture manager to lead all critical milestones in the proposal process including kickoff, color reviews and working group meetings

　　· Write and edit proposal content, and collaborate with the design team to develop graphics, tables and charts

　　· Mentor junior level proposal staff, which may include performing Peer Reviews

　　Skills and Requirements

　　10+ Years of experience as a Proposal Manager, which 4+ having a focus in federal contracts/proposals

　　Bachelor's Degree in a related field

　　Able to receive a security clearance

　　Shipley experience Previously worked with Engineering contracts

　　Shipley certification null
