Job Description

　　A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to program and set up the control systems of the site, such as DeltaV DCS, Triconex SIS SPLC, and different Allen-Bradley PLCs. They will also be in charge of life-cycle planning and strategy, automation training, digitalization, and modernization, and act as one of the Automation Security Officers for the site. They will collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to make programming changes to optimize equipment and enhance plant performance and reliability and ensure daily implementation of the operating plan. This person should have skills in process control and at least one of these: DCS or SIS engineering and programming, life-cycle management, automation networks and cybersecurity. This is a direct-hire role in Palmyra, MO.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (an Associate's degree is acceptable with additional years of experience)

　　5+ years experience as a Controls Engineer

　　Experience with process controls and one OR more of the following:

　　DCS or SIS Engineering and Programming

　　Batch programming

　　Automation Networks

　　DCS hardware

　　Experience in plant operations in a chemical or related manufacturing environment Emerson DeltaV Experience

　　Allen Bradley PLC experience null
