A day in the life (just a few of the things you may do on any given day): • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems • Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers • Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process • Configure and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have): • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance • IAT Level 1 (or higher) Certification • Ten (10) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED • On-call rotation support is required • Five (5) years administering Linux, Unix, or Windows • Three (3) years installing software packages such as iso and RedHat Package Manager (RPM) • Must successfully pass a background check and any additional customer background investigation requirements prior to employment What we are desiring from you (i.e. the nice-to-have qualifications): • Three (3) years with administering messaging service such as Java Messaging Service, TIBCO, ActiveMQ, Artemis, Kafka What we will provide in return: Excellent compensation and amazing benefits • Multiple health insurance options which include a PPO plan with ZERO deductibles and an HSA plan. • 401k Immediate Vesting.
