Workers eligible for and offeredemployer-provided housing may choose not to occupy the employer providedhousing. 　　Transportation: The employer shall provide transportation betweenhousing and worksite and for personal errands (e.g., groceries, bankingservices) in the form of pickup, car, van, self propelled farm machine(ex. tractor, combine, sprayer, harvester, truck), or other common meanscontrolled/operated by the employer between the place where the employerhas provided housing to

Given thenature of farming operations, the employers vehicles, number ofvehicles, and seating capacities in use change regularly, but ingeneral, will always be 1 or more and will consist of vehicles such aspickups, cars, vans, or farm machinery. Pickups, cars, and vans seat upto 6 individuals, trucks seat up to 3 individuals, and farm machineryseats no more than 2 individuals. If the employer\'s total number ofworkers exceeds the total capacity of its vehicles, workers will bedriven between the housing and worksite and for personal errands instaggered groups.
