*Job Description: Farm WorkerWorkers will perform various tasks in vineyard operations, includingpruning, planting, cultivating vines, and harvesting grapes. Performvineyard canopy management to permit light and air circulation aroundgrapevines, including thinning fruit andremoving shoots and vines. Perform vineyard maintenance activities, such asweed control, installing, maintaining, and tying vines to trellises,and moving irrigation pipes. Workers will also assist in moving harvestedfruit from the field to the processingarea. Other duties may include vineyard cleanups, such as picking roots,removing rocks and other debris, mulching, cutting shoots and suckers,raking cuttings and debris, pulling or cutting weeds around vines,cleaning and clearing fence rows, and general exterior property maintenance.Workers will also perform duties including boxing, weighing, and loadingproducts. Workers should be able to work on their feet in bent positions forlong periods. Work requires repetitive movements and extensive walking.Allergies to ragweed, goldenrod, insect spray, and related chemicals mayaffect a worker's ability to perform the job. Workers are exposed to wetweather early in the morning through the day's heat, working in fields withtemperatures ranging from 32 to 100 F. Workers should be physically able to dothe necessary work, including the ability to lift buckets weighing up to 35lbs. Work days may include Saturdays and Sundays. Must pick 10-bushel bags offruit per hourfor job retention. One (1) month of experience in pruning and fruitharvesting is required. Previous experience driving a tractor is a plus. Theemployer will provide no training and allow zero days for the worker to reachthe production standards.

Have been fully apprised by the local employment office of the terms,conditions, and nature of employment.4. Are legally entitled to work in the U.S.5. Are able, willing and qualified to perform the work.Exposure to extreme temperatures.Extensive pulling and pushing, sitting or walking.Frequent stooping or bending.Repetitive movements.
*Anticipated hours of work per week:Monday - Friday 7am-3pm 35 hours per week approximately. With a possibility ofworking some weekends.

Wage: $16.34 per hour including housing; paid biweekly.
