Peregrine Sports,LLC. is looking for friendly, outgoing, engaging, and enthusiasticindividuals who want to be involved in the excitement of stadium events.Summary: Fan Experience staff act as the primary providers ofexceptional service as they engage in conversation and direct fansentering and attending stadium events. Fan Experience staff areresponsible for safety and company procedures being followed by fans toensure a memorable experience for all. Required Qualifications: \'Customer service background is beneficial \' Must be able to read, writeand speak conversational English. Bilingual is a plus \' Availability towork ALL Timbers/Thorns matches in addition to other scheduled stadiumevents \' An outgoing and friendly engaging personality \' The abilityto work independently and be flexible in all positions \' Must meetcompany-grooming and appearance standards \' Must pass a backgroundcheck \' Weekend availability is essential! \' Must be 16 years of ageor older to apply \' High school diploma or GED required. 16-17 year oldmust be working towards a high school diploma. Work Environment: \'Comfortable in heavy crowd traffic and high noise levels \' Willing towork in all types of weather, including rain, wind, and extreme heat andcold. \' Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6hrs) \'Regularly walk up and down cement steps *Reasonable accommodation maybe made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essentialfunctions. Responsibilities: \' Greet fans and scan tickets. \' Helpensure contraband items do not enter the building. \' Distributehand-outs before, during or after the event as needed. \' Ushering anddirecting fans to seats and amenities in the stadium. \' Monitoringassigned areas ensuring fan conduct follows stadium policies. \' Performcrowd control functions during events as needed. \' Act as a member ofthe emergency evacuation team. \' Assisting and performing wheelchairescorts for special needs fans. \' Monitor parking lot and bike parkingareas. \' Perform other duties as assigned.
