  Description

  Patient Services Specialist (Part-Time / Night)

  Work Schedule Saturday & Sunday / 10am-10:30pm

  The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for securing appropriate patient account reimbursement by obtaining complex demographic, insurance and medical information and ensuring this is documented timely and accurately.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration

  Upon hire: National Certification of CHAA

  3 years Experience in Patient Access of Business office setting. Experience with insurance eligibility systems.

  3 years Experience with insurance eligibility systems. Knowledge in medical billing codes

  1 year Knowledge of Epic applications
