Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week

Position Overview:

Our firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a preference for family law experience (not required but a plus, even if further back in experience) to join our busy practice. This is a high-volume role, supporting a partner and a team of attorneys and paralegals, with opportunities to work both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

Perform legal research to support case preparation and strategy

Draft a variety of legal documents, including settlement proposals, pleadings, discovery requests, requests for orders, and trial briefs

Calendar appointments, court dates, and important deadlines to ensure timely case progression

Manage and organize client files, maintaining the accuracy and currency of our client database and document management system

Maintain a steady billable hour requirement, meeting the firm's expectations for client service and efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of paralegal experience, with family law experience preferred but not required

Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with client database and document management systems

Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting a partner attorney, three additional attorneys, and two paralegals
