Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Executive Support:
Provide specialized administrative support to executives in the e-commerce sector.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements with a focus on the unique needs of the e-commerce industry.
Data Management and Analysis:
Create and maintain detailed reports and documents using Microsoft Excel, specifically tailored to e-commerce analytics.
Conduct research and compile data relevant to the e-commerce landscape to support decision-making processes.
Communication Management:
Manage and organize executive communications, ensuring timely responses to e-commerce stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external e-commerce partners.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
Handle confidential information related to e-commerce operations with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents specific to the e-commerce industry.
Collaboration and Workflow:
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the dynamic e-commerce environment.Skills
