　　Are you an experienced PA Family Law Attorney (Partially Remote) seeking a new opportunity to showcase your skills? We are currently representing a successful small law firm located in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania (Montgomery County, PA) looking to add a direct-hire attorney to their team-oriented environment known for its exceptional communication, litigation prowess, and client-focused approach. This is a partially remote / hybrid role that expects the attorney to be in office 2 days a week if court schedules permit. Licensed attorneys will be interested in this well-known firm's opportunity via Robert Half to join their team. 　　Responsibilities:

　　• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence, while attending court appearances.

　　• Advocate passionately on behalf of clients' interests, demonstrating a strong commitment to their cases.

　　• Manage and prioritize a sizable caseload, exhibiting strong organizational and time management skills.

　　• Provide counsel to clients, helping them understand legal options, establishing strategies, and representing them in court and negotiations.

　　• Ensure compliance with all client and firm standard operating procedures.

　　• Work with clients from Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, and surrounding counties.

　　• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

　　• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

　　• Analyze and summarize legal documents

　　• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing Family Law.

　　Experience with divorce and custody important.

　　Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, court, opposing counsel, and firm staff.

　　Proven ability to work independently, manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, small business environment.

　　Litigation experience with the ability to try cases if necessary.

　　Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA Bar).
