　　We are currently looking for a Factory Operation Manager to join our Balıkesir Factory team.

　　Location: Balıkesir

　　Type of contract: Permanent

　　As a Factory Operation Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

　　Ensure production plan is full achieved on time and in compliance with legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment need.

　　Execute maintenance strategy on time in full with adherence to budget

　　Drive continuous improvement through TPM.

　　Empower people to motivate and develop their capability

　　Align and involved all the relevant functions

　　Participation in product development activities

　　Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture

　　Which profile are we looking for?

　　Minimum 7 years experience in different environments in different manufacturing operations

　　Demonstrated capability to lead a group of people

　　Successful in leading projects involving different departments or functions

　　Experience in change management and problem solving

　　Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques.

　　Implementation experience of TPM.

　　Excellent command of English

　　Living in Balıkesir or willing to move to Balıkesir
