You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair assets throughout the building.Responsibilities include, but are not limited toPromote a safe working environment by following all safety proceduresComplete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentationTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical problemsMaintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facilityBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays1 year of experience in PC competency to include: Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to perform intermediate levels of repairs and maintenance on facility systems.WA State License, Electrical 07 Trainee card1-2 years in maintenance, grounds keeping, or janitorial experience, preferably in healthcare.Physical DemandsRepetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walkingLifting parts and toolsDexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfacesEstimated compensation for this position is:$29.60 - 31.10 USDThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
