As a Facility Purchasing Clerk , you would be responsible for maintaining the Purchasing database and assisting the Procurement Manager. This position offer NO TRAVEL and a consistent schedule!

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Ensures information entered into the purchasing database is accurate and has proper approval prior to entry.

　　Maintains PeopleSoft item database, which includes creating item IDs, processing item links, updating pricing, and creating item catalogs.

　　Maintains PeopleSoft vendor database, which includes creating new vendors, processing address changes, and creating vendor reports.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　HS diploma or equivalent required

　　1+ years purchasing support experience preferred

　　2+ years Microsoft office experience required. Specifically in Excel

　　Customer service skills

　　Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
