Summary You will serve as a Facilities Operations Manager in the Cyber Directorate of COMNAVSURFPAC. Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing manpower/manning, equipment, maintenance, materiel and training for all Surface Force major ship classes. You will coordinate and partner with host commands, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and CNSP customers to identify and prioritize facility and utility requirements. You will ensure contracts reflect price realism and are sound in construction practices and hazardous material abatement. You will be responsible for receiving and developing work requirements from customers, coordinating the initiation of work products, and supporting acquisition planning. You will analyze data to identify potential increases in operational efficiency of CNSP branches and determine solutions to complex facility management problems. You will balance workload with available resources and remain abreast of work order execution and schedules. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-12, or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience coordinating a facilities program consisting of preventive and emergency maintenance, repair, or construction to identify and prioritize facility requirements for compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
