Position Summary Details
A Facility Maintenance Technician will work as part of a team to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs with a passenger terminal and cargo facility.
Responsibilities:
Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment, systems, or structures.
Ensures timely completion of preventative maintenance and repair of facility and equipment
Responds to facility emergency situations such as power outage, plumbing leaks, broken locks as necessary.
Assist In emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Positive Customer Service Experience
Minimum 1 years’ experience in building/facility maintenance experience
Drug testing
10 year criminal background check
MVR screening
