Reporting to the Division EHS Manager, thisrole is based in Manitowoc, WI with multi-site responsibility for EHSactivities across the division. This person will work as part of theoverall Division EHS Staff to drive successful implementation of EHSprograms and procedures. Develop and implement programs and proceduresto meet facility objectives and targets in EHS. Key focus pointsinclude: Accident Prevention EHS Regulatory Compliance Energy managementand use reduction Waste Minimization Management Systems (as required)Coordinate EHS Training Programs and use technology to assist intraining management. Support and manage corrective actions fromCorporate EHS audits. Acts as a site resource for Corporate EHSDepartment, and under Corporate direction, manage EPA actions such as,but not limited to, NOV\'s, cleanups and complaints. Acts as a siteresource for Corporate EHS Department and under their direction manageOSHA actions such as, but not limited to, inspections, letters ofnoncompliance, informal conferences. Direct all applicable EHS reportingrequirements in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain necessary EHSrecords. Insure compliance with Corporate EHS Policy and Directives.Chair ISO 14000 and 18000 Committees (if applicable). Support customerEHS requirements Develop, measure and track internal EHS metrics, plansand goals. Report directly to Division Management and at Staff Meetingson EHS matters. Insure the training of new facility EHS Coordinators.Support the Corporate Sustainability goals through program and projectmanagement. Support and Integrate EHS into Lean, HR, and Supply Chainefforts. Qualifications BS Degree in a technical field, preferably EHS Astrong working knowledge of EHS regulations. Experience in amanufacturing environment a must. Experience in Ergonomics and BehaviorBased Safety a plus. 2-3 years of applicable experience. Can workindependently.
