JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description What you\'ll do: Assist the FacilityOperations Team by performing repairs and preventative maintenance taskswith an emphasis to facility-related mechanical/plumbing systems andassociated equipment. Role Responsibilities: Repair a wide variety ofbuilding mechanical equipment needed such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing,and any other mechanical systems/areas of needs. Diagnose mechanicalproblems and determine how to correct them. Perform installation,maintenance, repairs, and modifications of electrical and mechanicalsystems, components, and equipment as well as to our buildings andproperties. Repair, maintain, and install a variety of locks, doors, orother electronic interfaces and assemblies to ensure efficient functionsin compliance with our safety requirements. Perform and maintainday-to-day operations on general maintenance such as: flooring andceiling tiles, light bulbs, faucets, valves, filters, and more. Abilityto travel to each Wisconsin plant (Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead)utilizing company vehicles. Other duties as assigned. Requirements toSucceed: Eagerness to learn!
