HOW THE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANANGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Serves as the lead technical resource providing strategic oversight and planning for applications architecture and design and assigns resources to development projects.

Coordinates the development of new software system applications

Provides technical expertise in software architecture.

Document and design software specifications for software engineers/developers.

Produces software prototypes to demonstrate application of design.

Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, and network connectivity, other systems interfaces, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.

Leads development of system prototypes to demonstrate application of design principles.

Position also assigns technical experts for all major projects, and associated reviews; monitors trends in system architecture and software development and engineering; and recommends training in software development technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education : BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Required Experience : 15+ years of relevant experience

Required Technical Skills:

Proficient in IDEs, programming languages, Git, Jenkins, Confluence

Required Skills and Abilities:

Security Clearance Level : TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is$192,950 - $261,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
