　　制定设备年度PM计划，根据计划对设备进行维修保养，并记录，确保符合要求。

　　根据运行和维修需要，提交关键备件或维修配件清单给现场经理，提出采购要求以确保设备正常运行。

　　保证现场的空调暖通，高低压配电系统，UPS，发电机等设备的正常运转。

　　保证现场设施的完好无损，包括天花、内外墙面、地面、门窗、玻璃，走廊，给排水设施以及所有附属配件。

　　及时满足客户对现场设备调整的需求及完成计划性/临时性工作单。

　　参加每天的例会，及时向设施经理汇报总结每天设备的运行状况和工作安排，执行设施经理临时安排的工作或临时加班。

　　配合节假日期间设施设备的应急值班、抢修。

　　按照要求，监管配合设备供应商的工作，确保符合施工管理要求。

　　维修人员能够独立完成巡检和各项维修工作。

　　设施设备在发生异常后，维修人员需要在半小时到场处理。

　　设备工程师负责对巡检人员进行上岗培训。

　　涉及到有影响生物安全的维修维保工作，需要及时汇报利华设施经理、设备经理，经讨论确定后进行维保工作。

　　取消工时限制。

　　在培训后能够独立完成设施内外及各系统运行巡检和大部分维保工作（和供应商签署维保协议外的常规维护内容），确保日常运行。

　　能够按照维保计划和项目，联系并协助供应商或者设备厂家完成年度设备的维保维护项目，并管理追踪维保记录或报告。

　　能够积极响应设施经理应满足客户需求提出的各项设施设备优化需求，并给予项目方案、工期等完整的可行性建议，以备后期评估。

　　要求：

　　1、有厂务相关工作经验

　　2、有暖通、电气、强电方面工作经验

　　3、有低压证（国网可查）

　　4、会使用基础办公软件
