Additionally, theposition is responsible for the upkeep, on-going maintenance andimprovement of safety and security equipment. This position reports tothe Maintenance Supervisor position or designee. ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs to buildingsystems - systems will include but not be limited to single andIII-phase electrical, lighting, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, back-up powerand life safety Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of criticalsystems, make repairs, or refer problem to the Maintenance ManagerReview all work and assure performance in accordance with establishedsafety procedures, Standard Operation Procedures(SOP), and compliantwith Quality Management System Conduct frequent inspections of facility,facility grounds and equipment Perform monthly preventive maintenancetasks and reactive work orders as assigned Report equipment, facility,and/or safety issues to the Maintenance Manger Maintain all appropriatepaperwork, and record keeping, including daily logs, timesheet, routine,and non-routine maintenance records Assist with miscellaneous buildingprojects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation offixtures, and equipment relocation Emergency response - after hourscalls on a rotating schedule Maintain inventory of spare parts orsupplies based on actual and/or projected usage Perform other duties asassigned Qualifications Must have high school diploma (or equivalent)and current experience in facility operations and maintenance.
