　　Responsibilities

　　Update and manage systems applications, attendance database, and products data processing.

　　Update and manage in-house built Operations database in Microsoft Access.

　　Support office digitization in Smart factory transformation.

　　Support Operation in RFQ, RFA & PR.

　　Work with various external and government agencies.

　　Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.

　　Support Employee Engagement Sub-Committee activities.

　　Manage monthly office inventory.

　　Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.

　　Requirements

　　Diploma/ NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.

　　Min 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement.

　　Hands-on in using Microsoft Office Excel and Access to update and process data.

　　Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills.

　　Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

　　Knowledge in software application (Qlik Sense, Prosoft, SAP) is a plus.

　　Knowledge in Aerospace, Industry 4.0 or Technology Transformation is a plus.
