HIRING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS IN RIDGWAY, CO

We are seeking a qualified facilities maintenance technician for a unique role in the hospitality industry. This opportunity is located in a remote location in Ridgway, CO. The facility spans a total of 80,000 square feet, including two industrial garages of 20,000 square feet each.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00hr (based on experience)

Qualifications:

1-3 years of building/facilities maintenance experience

Plumbing experience

HVAC experience

Electrical experience

Dry wall, patch and paint experience

Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include minor plumbing tasks such as cleaning and unclogging toilets, changing sink aerators, and replacing valves.

Electrical tasks include changing and installing various types of lights.

A basic understanding of HVAC systems is required to handle tasks like changing belts, motors, filters, and greasing.

Dry wall, patch, and paint tasks will also be part of the duties. Experience with heavier HVAC units, such as 40-ton chiller units, mechanical AV's, and cassettes with separate condensers, is a plus.

Additionally, any refrigeration experience, specifically with walk-in coolers and freezers (changing out coils and fans), is a plus.
