　　Peraton is seeking a cleared Facilities Maintenance Technician in ColoradoSprings, CO., located at Schriever AFB, to support our NOALS program toprovide facilities support services to our mission critical Governmentcustomer. The NOALS (NOPS Operations and Launch Support) conducts realtime on-orbit support, launch ascent support and End-of-Life operations forall NOPS supported operations.This Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for facility dutiesas follows:Assist with environmental/Hazmat tracking systemPerform minor maintenance on cleaning equipmentCleaning and stocking of bathrooms and showersVacuuming, dusting and cleaning of general office areas, hallways,lobbies, etc... for three buildingsEmptying and disposal of trash and recyclingPerform inventory of cleaning supplies and create order list

　　Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED with four (4+) years of work experienceAbility to perform physical janitorial tasksLift medium up to 50 lbsMust have an active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a PolyDesired Qualifications:Top Secret/ SCI with PolyGood communications skillsAbility to work with others with good team player skillsFamiliar with Schriever garrison's security measuresFamiliar with the 50 Space Wing missionBasic computer skillsSelf-starter / motivated to create own tasks

　　$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for thisposition based on experience and other factors.
