　　PAY RANGE: $17

　　PurposeClean the buildings, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wash windows, empty trash, etc. To perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs.

　　Requirements*Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and to paint.*Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor.*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.*Vision (with correction) sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting.*Clean Driver's License and their own vehicle.

　　Duties and Responsibilities*Clean the buildings; including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, clean the bathrooms, wash the windows, emptytrash, etc.*Take the courier bags to the branches and return them to the Main Office.*Assist with repossessed vehicles; cleanings, signs, take it in for maintenance, etc.*Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.*Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks.*Opens clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other simple plumbing jobs.*Painting as required.*Snow shoveling when needed.*Mows lawn, removes weeds and brush, and other yard work.*Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps maintenance room in neat condition.*Must be able to perform tasks independently.*Must have general knowledge of simple equipment used in the building trades.*Confidentiality: ensure member information is secure.*Perform other duties as assigned.
