　　We are searching for a Facilities Maintenance Manager in downtown Baltimore, MD. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a building/facilities engineer and three plus years of management experience. Must be able to obtain a Maryland Class 2 Engineers License.

　　responsibilities:

　　Responsible for all day-to-day physical building and related support systems including implementing and maintaining the energy management system, preventive maintenance (PMs), quality standards, operating objectives, and goals.

　　Maintain relationships with the facilities staff to update work orders and preventive maintenance tickets.

　　Mentor subordinate staff with on-the-job training opportunities and planned training for technicians.

　　Administer inventory control programs and systems to ensure the availability of parts and supplies, and accurate and timely records of receipts and invoices.

　　Develop/administer capital and operating budgets with management.
