Job Description

　　BAE Systems is looking for a Facilities Coordinator for our World class Engineering Facility in Minneapolis. The innovations at this facility are used to protect those who protect us. As a Facilities Coordinator you will;

　　Manage Preventive Maintenance activities - (determine PM requirements, issue PM work orders, enter completion data, upload reports, and respond to audit questions)Enter/update/close Facilities Work Orders; check for new requests and work with requester as needed.Support Safety Objectives - follow policies, serve on Safety Committee and conduct area audits.Support compliance requirements by setting up PMs for all compliance required tasks.Learn Cost Center and Account assignments - understand how costs are supposed to be captured.Provide interface to Insurance provider for fire system impairments.Manage POs created for your vendors to make sure they are accurately invoicing correct amounts to correct cost centers and accounts.Manage a company credit card (P-card) for purchases.Insurance Certifications - review and validate accuracy of information of current vendors and enter new certificates for new vendors. Backup support for other Facility related tasks.Facilities coordination of general site items, employee events, and unplanned events with other functionsOther Projects as needed/assigned.

　　This is a Hybrid position where you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week

　　This position has a 9/80 schedule, where you will have every other Friday off.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　High School Diploma with 4 years of facilities experience or equivalent experience.Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Must have mid-level understanding of Facilities Management functions, processes, procedures and policies.Individual must also understand tenant/landlord relationships, ability to lead small projects, good understanding of building emergency planningEager to learn

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Proficiency in Auto Cad, Revit or other design softwareAssociates or Bachelor's degree

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
