　　WHAT YOU’LL DO:

　　Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production

　　Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks

　　Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components

　　WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

　　Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands

　　Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools, cutting tools, drills, typically associated with carpentry as necessary

　　Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12-hour shifts

　　Reliable transportation

　　Ability to work overtime as needed

　　Strong mechanical aptitude

　　Ability to handle multiple assembly and related tasks with little or no supervision

　　Ability to read a tape measure and prints/shop drawings

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines as assigned

　　Outstanding safety record

　　Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed

　　Construct framework for custom pool stair forms.

　　Measure, cut, or shape material for custom pool forms

　　One to three years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment desired

　　Welding experience is a plus or ability to learn basic welding
