　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert Project Manager to join our team in the Herndon, VA.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Lead and oversee the deployment of technical solutions and processes, procedures and communications to effectively execute Sponsor projects

　　Provide for the overall management of specific cyber tasks and ensure the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner

　　Have working knowledge of the Agency Project Management Framework (PMF) and AGILE Project Management frameworks to manage execution of projects

　　Ensure all project personnel keep the Sponsor informed of the status of all contractor activities

　　Develop project plans, communication plans, project schedules, and work breakdown structures

　　Provide status of projects, requirements, plans, and schedule according to Sponsor directions

　　Manage programmatic risk to cost, schedule, and scope

　　Stay abreast of Sponsor directives, regulations, guidance, notices and standards on cybersecurity

　　Stay abreast of advances in technology

　　Maintain appropriate staffing levels with qualified personnel to meet all requirements

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Must have a minimum of (15) fifteen years of related experience.Preferred Qualifications:

　　A bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree can substitute (4) four years of experience

　　Related certifications

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be a U.S. citizen

　　Must hold a TS/SCI clearance

　　Must hold a polygraph

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
