Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services in Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking an experienced caregiver to work part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in our Conyers location. As a caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our senior clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $13 to $15, paid on a weekly basis. Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and personalized care to our senior clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, medication reminders, and meal preparation - Engage in meaningful activities and conversations with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation - Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or cognitive health to the assigned care coordinator - Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed - Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities as directed - Maintain documentation of care provided and any important information related to clients' well-being - Follow all health and safety protocols, including infection control and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care or senior care setting - Must have a compassionate and nurturing attitude, and a genuine desire to help others - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
