Expansion Joint Installer

　　Description:

　　ALCAL SPECIALTY CONTRACTING, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR AN

　　EXPERIENCED EXPANSION JOINT INSTALLER

　　POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly

　　LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ

　　RESPONSIBILITIES :

　　Assures there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on truck to adequately complete the job.

　　Drives to and from the job site and unloads materials.

　　Installs expansion joints in accordance with company standards as well as manufacturer’s instructions.

　　Checks work for errors and corrects them if necessary.

　　Cleans up the job site daily.

　　Accounts for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.

　　Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　QUALIFICATIONS :

　　Previous experience is preferred, 1-2 years of aluminum plate and track and rubber style expansion joint knowledge.

　　A valid AZ driver’s license (with a good driving record);

　　Ability to work on scaffolding.

　　Ability to lift in excess of 75lbs

　　Regular attendance is required.
