WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be providing general and administrative support to BCG Executives, Partners and Managers, taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule. You will also be accountable for representing BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG's value statement.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The role will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to:
Manage and maintain agendas and calendar, organizing and scheduling mainly internal meetings, arranging conference bridges, reserving conference rooms, organizing food service
Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
Prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports
Copy, proofread, print, collate, bind, and distribute case-related materials as required
Type and proofread letters, slide decks, memoranda, etc.
Team with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed
Maintain quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency, and format in accordance with BCG established guidelines
Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
Team with Security Team in maintaining a centralized electronic filing system for case-related materials
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), both in Italian and English
University degree is a plus
At least 4 years of Executive Assistant/secretarial experience or relevant hospitality experience
Belonging to "Categorie Protette" according to Italian law 68/99.

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
