　　Job Summary

　　As an Executive Chef, your role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities in the restaurant industry. You'll lead culinary operations for a dining establishment with continuous service from breakfast to dinner, full-service dining, and multiple Food & Beverage outlets. You'll also be in charge of extensive catering services, multiple cafes, and the culinary aspects of a union house. This operation is highly active and supported by a committed team of over 100 associates.

　　In your capacity as Executive Chef, your primary duties encompass:

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Implementing cost controls and closely monitoring expenditures to ensure fiscal efficiency.

　　Crafting and curating diverse menus to cater to the tastes of your discerning clientele.

　　Procuring and effectively managing inventory to maintain a seamless culinary operation.

　　Collaborating with the marketing and culinary teams to introduce innovative culinary programs.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　A culinary degree is highly desirable, reflecting your commitment to culinary excellence.

　　You bring three to five years of experience in culinary management, demonstrating your expertise in this field.

　　You possess vital experience in high-volume production and catering, essential for the demands of this role.

　　Your track record includes successful management of cost controls, ensuring financial prudence.

　　Your eagerness to learn and evolve aligns perfectly with the ethos of our esteemed foodservice company.
