  The Role at a glance:

  We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Executive Chef for our Constellation team in Philadelphia. As an Executive Chef of the Commissary, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests. You will prepare food for various large-scale events as well as the individual locations in the segment.

  Compensation- $120,000 plus 10% Bonus

  What you'll be doing:

  Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.

  Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.

  Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

  What we're looking for:

  Must-haves:

  At least ten years of progressive culinary experience.

  Culinary experience within a large production kitchen.

  Experience in menu costing, labor cost, inventory and purchasing.

  Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

  Experience with budget statements and financial statements.

  Menu writing and costing experience.

  Nice-to-haves:

  Associate’s degree in culinary arts.Our Benefits:
