　　Are You the One? The ideal candidate has:

　　3 – 5 years high volume culinary background – from campus, hospital, large corporate or restaurant environments.

　　A strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends

　　Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies

　　Innovative catering background

　　Strong management skills and a successful track record as a trainer/mentor.
