The Finance Operations Team is looking for an experienced individual to make an exceptional addition to our EA Team!We are seeking an adaptable, resourceful, friendly, collaborative, decisive, and self-motivated Executive Assistant with a strong history of high performance. This role will support a Vice President in Finance Operations. They will partner with the VP to lead the global team by thinking holistically, creating efficiencies, and applying consistently sound judgement to decisions.The EA in this role will remain calm under pressure, display a strong work ethic, have a sense of humor and have excellent judgement in dealing with highly confidential information. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while always keeping an eye on the details as well as the big picture. Looking for someone who has experience acting as the gatekeeper for their executive, while still remaining customer centric.This role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests is critical. Professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative.
