  Description

Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance (WWASF) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced and exciting organization which partners closely with senior professionals across Amazon. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities is important as this position will work closely with other Executive Assistants and leaders across Amazon. The candidate demonstrates grace under pressure, thrives in a team environment, builds effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive and confidential information

  • Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the team

  • Contribute to Finance team projects and programs

  • Proactively coordinate annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles

  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items

  • Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities including staff meeting agendas, town hall meetings, off-sites, team social events, etc.

  • Manage an Administrative Assistant, providing guidance and training

  • Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites

  • Manage domestic and international travel

  • Management of complex scheduling
