  Executive Assistant – San Diego, CA

  Your role:

  Manage executives’ day-to-day and optimize their time for maximum impact

  Be a culture alchemist in San Diego and Image Guided Therapy Devices overall plan, organize, and execute various office events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations

  Support HRM leadership team meetings, events, and drive action execution actions

  Drive collaboration across the organization

  Conceptualize and work with the executive team to capture engaging content for video communications, ensuring alignment with San Diego’s Site culture

  You're the right fit if:

  You have a bachelor’s degree with 5+ year’s experience as an Executive Assistant in a global fast-paced environment OR relevant work experience

  You possess high emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with teammates at all levels of the organization

  You have demonstrated strong workload management and problem-solving skills, including short-range issues and long-term planning

  You are a strong communicator (written and verbal) and have good interpersonal skills

  You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

  Medical device experience and video creation/editing are preferred but not required

  Philips Transparency Details

  The pay range for this position is $32.00 to $53.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.   At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

  Additional Information

  US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

  Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or be within commuting distance to San Diego, CA.
