Description
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our CEO, CFO, and executive team. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO and CFO’s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and organize daily tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Serve as the liaison between the CEO, CFO, and other team members or external stakeholders.
Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Support the Chairman of the Board as needed.
Assist the executive team with special projects and initiatives.
Finance Team Support:
Work with spreadsheets—consolidating data, updating templates, and creating presentations.
Support finance team workflows by gathering and structuring information from analysts.
Utilize collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint for efficient communication and document management.
Facilitate breakout groups, posting, and presenting within Teams.
SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $100,000

Requirements
Required Skills Traits:
Mid-level experience as an Executive Assistant (not a 30-year EA veteran).
Highly organized, with the ability to think ahead and work independently.
Strong spreadsheet skills (no deep accounting knowledge required).
Tech-savvy and proficient in modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Comfortable working in a demanding finance environment and supporting the team effectively.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
