Description

We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team in Ewing, New Jersey. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinating business meetings and events as required, demonstrating effective time management.

• Taking accurate and thorough meeting minutes during board meetings and distributing them accordingly.

• Providing administrative assistance outside regular business hours, aligning with the CEO’s schedule.

• Utilizing various skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System etc., to perform tasks efficiently.

• Handling tasks related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and communication.

• Assisting in the ordering and coordination of meals as required.

• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adhering to the company's guidelines.

• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exhibiting resourcefulness and adaptability in varied situations

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings

• Familiarity with Concur

• Knowledge of CRM

• Ability to use Kronos Timekeeping System

• Experience with About Time software

• Excellent calendar management skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Experience in coordinating conference calls

• Proficient in handling correspondence

• Prior experience in administrative assistance
