Excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant (Executive Administrative Assistant)

We are looking to hire a professional, highly-skilled Executive Assistant to maintain various administrative duties for the executive management team in a large, dynamic downtown law firm.

· Screening calls

· Making travel and meeting arrangements

· Preparing reports and financial data

· Training and supervising other support staff and customer relations

Requirements

Skills

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Exceptional interpersonal skills
