About the role:
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role provides executive level support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. Other responsibilities may include travel arrangements, meeting planning, coordinating data gathering, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Produces written information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains confidential information.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge / training:
Advanced MS Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
Experience:
