　　What’s a typical day as an Executive Assistant? You’ll be:

　　• Overseeing and coordinating office operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflow, fiscal responsibility, and a positive work culture

　　• Monitoring budget reports and reviewing operating practices to identify areas for improvement

　　• Providing administrative support to the Associate Vice President, including managing their calendar, prioritizing requests, and handling confidential matters

　　• Serving as a liaison between the AVP’s office and internal and external constituencies

　　• Facilitating staff meetings, coordinating events, and participating in committees and initiatives

　　• Have previous experience in office management and executive support

　　• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
