Kforce is seeking an experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant for an enterprise technology client in Vancouver, Washington (WA). This position will require someone to work remotely but also be available to go onsite as needed for customer visits and/or client meetings. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, employee discount programs, recognition programs and access to career development courses.Responsibilities: Tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees of the organization Compiling report, maintaining records Assisting in budgeting activities Calendar maintenance, schedule coordination Collaborate with various teams across the country to ensure all information is housed in one spot Follow up on outstanding items from partner organization Plan, host and organize on site events for internal team members and/or customers
Requirements
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Some college level education highly preferred 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant/administrative experience Highly proficient in MS Office Suite English, both written and verbal, mandatory for this role Able to juggle competing priorities and highly complex tasks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
