Responsibilities
Efficiently organize and manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions. Attend meetings as necessary and compile minutes.
Interface with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
Assist with basic financial recordkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and reconciliation.
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Order supplies, manage office equipment, and oversee general office upkeep.
Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
