　　Organize and route incoming telephone calls

　　Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

　　Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
