Description

　　Robert Half is looking to staff an Estimator with our rapidly growing client! This Estimator will research vendors, products, and services and negotiate contracts for the best price and value. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Estimating:

　　Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents.

　　Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for paving and grating projects.

　　Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.

　　Project Management:

　　Oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

　　Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.

　　Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.

　　Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring profitability targets are achieved.

　　Client Interaction:

　　Collaborate with clients during the bid process to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Estimator and Project Manager in the paving and grating industry.

　　Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.

　　Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.

　　Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

　　Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards.
