Job Description
Overview:
The eSolutions specialist would focus on promoting the eBusiness channel(s) and improving the channel’s value to customer and business via both operation and optimization project. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding about the role of eBusiness in Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, be skilled in operation and optimization and talented in communication. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and be persistent and flexible in response to changes, is critical for this position. Regular travels and customer facing work are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve eBusiness channel awareness and gain deep understanding of customer through daily operations.
Collaborate with back-office team members of eBusiness, and commercial and supporting teams to design, customize and optimize the eSolutions provided to customers.
Smoothen the order process from customer side to back end to improve customer experience and save operation cost.
Probe revenue growth opportunities in all eBusiness channels to protect existing market and convert competitors’ products.
Work with global team to localize the global eBusiness solutions.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and above (in marketing, operation, IT would be preferred)
3+ years of working experience in B2B industry (life science related would be preferred)
Experience of teamwork and cross-function collaboration
