  Summary of Role: Responsible for tracking the financial performance against plan for a transformation program more than >$100m USD.. Primary responsibility is to measure cost and productivity through the full life cycle of enterprise level projects for the program. The role also includes analyzing program performance and accelerating the velocity of hard and soft benefits realization as committed at the beginning of the program.

  Essential Responsibilities: Overall -Accountable financial leader and content expert for a multi-year, >$100m ERP implementation

  Budget Planning and Forecasting:

  Creates monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting. Includes month over month and annual view of program budget and forecast, by capability group, by working closely program leadership, procurement and business unit beneficiaries

  Partnering with functional business experts to balance customer requirements and affordability and recommends to the CFO and CIO the best ERP course of action

  Spearheads the budgeting and forecast process for future projects and program phases.

  Cost Tracking and Management

  Provides monthly scope, schedule, and spending program transparency, and opportunities to mitigate risks

  Performs variance reconciliations and recommends recovery efforts monthly

  Identifies cost optimization opportunities and performance improvement for the program

  Participates in the contract negotiation to ensure best practices and value for services provided

  Conducts cost/benefit analysis and develops models to support decision making process

  Benefits Realization

  Partners with all functional area business partners to define and realize the financial benefits associated with the many stages of ERP implementation

  Creates and manages KPIs and dashboards that provide transparency and accountability of benefits

  Risks Management and Compliance

  Maintains a risk and opportunities register and provides frequent visibility to accountable owners

  Collaborates with Group Leads to identify and deliver risk mitigation plans

  Ensures all financial processes and documentation are in compliance with industry regulations, applicable accounting standards, and company policies

  Required Qualifications:

  BS in Finance plus 6 years of finance, accounting, or related experience; MBA with >3yrs in field experience a plus

  ERP implementation experience or other large and complex transformation programs

  Proven experience in budgeting, cost tracking and financial analysis within program management or a transformation environment

  Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem solving skills, and ability to interpret complex financial data

  Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  Strong understanding of financial principles, cost control techniques and accounting principles

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Basic accounting and financial analysis skills in GAAP and IFRS

  Strong written English communication

  Proven expertise in budgeting and planning tools including Hyperion or SAP

  Previous experience in a manufacturing environment not required, but a plus

  Independent thinker with a learning mindset

  Highly effective interpersonal skills, maintaining customer orientation, and business partnerships

  Experience and familiarity with handling contracts and procurement methods

  Expected Salary Range

  $92,100.00 - $174,900.00
